Many answer with Our job. Our relationships, Our achievements, failures, regrets, roles, and responsibilities.
But who are you beneath the roles?
At the end of “I am?”
What parts of yourself have been hidden?
What stories are you still living that were written long before you had a say?
This is not therapy.
This is not self-help.
This is an intimate, experiential learning experience where we’ll explore the neuroscience of identity, the masks we wear, and the practice of self-authorship.
Together we’ll slow down long enough to notice what has been running in the background… and begin writing a new chapter with intention.
